Job Specifications:
The ideal candidate must be dependable and reliable, able to stay on top of the tasks assigned with attention to detail. The Administrative Assistant should be organized but flexible and be able to multi task.
Administrative tasks include assists with HR, receiving and processing payments, creating weekly reports, assists with new hire process. This role may also be asked to step in from time to time to assist with other tasks that might include proofreading documents, etc. This position reports to the general manager and office manager.
-Answering phones
-Assisting with paperwork
-Ability to interact and assist with customers and co-workers needs
-Utilizing programs such as QuickBooks, BambooHR, Excel and Word
-Will handle accounting related duties
-Filing paperwork
-Data entry
