This job is 100% onsite Monday -Friday! MUST BE us CITIZEN OR GREEN CARD holder

You must live within a commutable distance of the company. No relocation candidates will be considered.

This job is for a Sales Admin to work in an extremely important job that is fast paced department!!

Should also be able to work with several types of Software and DB programs!! !

Responsible for managing all incoming revenue sales orders for the company. The Sales Order Administrator is a centralized resource with primary control over the distribution of sales orders for booking and sales credit. This person will manage inbound customer inquiries and triage all new sales orders for completeness.

Responsibilities:

• Administrative support of a fast-paced Sales Organization

• Build strong working relationships and provide cross-functional support to internal customers, including Sales, Customer Support, Product Management, Finance, Logistics, Marketing Operations, and Management

• Continuous process improvements to enhance the Customer/Partner experience

• Ensure Maintenance and Support contracts are set up correctly in NetSuite and provide support notifications to Customers and Partners

• Work with cross-functional teams to resolve order-related issues

• Trigger Workflows NETSUITE and SFDC Ticketing systems

• Special projects as required

Experience Requirements:

College degree a plus will consider recent experience out of college or several years years of experience in administration or operations/order management is is great!

• Experience in Database Management Systems (NetSuite and SFDC preferred) or be able to learn!

• Advanced Microsoft Excel and Word skills

• Strong planning and organizational skills; must be able to prioritize competing tasks and meet deadlines effectively

• Strives & drive for results; a strong desire to contribute

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written

• Ability to work independently, prioritize, and multitask in a team environment

• Detailed oriented

• Must be willing to work overtime at month end and quarter end. . O/T is PAID!!


Base Salary - 10% Bonus and RSUs
