About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated, enthusiastic, and highly organized Preschool Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for early childhood education and excel in classroom managementcreating a structured, positive, and engaging learning environment where every child can thrive.

This role involves planning and implementing developmentally appropriate activities, guiding childrens social and academic growth, and maintaining a well-managed, nurturing classroom. DCF 45 hours is required, and a CDA is highly preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement age-appropriate curriculum and activities.
• Create a safe and welcoming classroom environment for all students.
• Monitor and assess children's development and progress.
• Communicate effectively with parents about their child's growth.
• Encourage social, emotional, and cognitive development through play.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance educational programs.
• Maintain classroom organization and cleanliness.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a preschool or early childhood setting is required.
• Completed DCF 45-hours required.
• Completed CDA is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with developmentally appropriate practices.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Passion for working with young children and fostering their growth.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Background check clearance required.
