The UPS Store – Eureka, MO
The UPS Store in Eureka is looking for an energetic, outgoing Customer Service Associate who enjoys working with people and delivering outstanding customer service.
Our store provides shipping, printing, and business services to our community, and we are seeking someone who takes pride in helping customers find the best solutions for their needs.
This role is ideal for someone who is friendly, dependable, and eager to learn a variety of skills in a fast-paced retail environment.
What You’ll Do
- Provide excellent customer service to walk-in customers and handle telephone and email inquiries
- Assist customers with shipping packages and selecting the best shipping options
- Operate copiers, printers, fax machines, binding equipment, laminators, and point-of-sale systems
- Provide information about our printing, packaging, and business service solutions
- Listen carefully to customer needs and recommend the best products and services
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment
- Learn all store products, services, and industry best practices
- Assist with additional duties as needed and take initiative in daily operations
What We’re Looking For
- Friendly, outgoing personality with strong people skills
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- High school diploma or GED required
- Strong computer and internet skills (Microsoft Office and Adobe experience is a plus)
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to listen to customer needs and recommend solutions
- Reliable, punctual, and responsible
- Professional appearance and good personal hygiene
- Ability to lift 40+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Willingness to learn all aspects of the business quickly
Schedule
- Full-time position
- Must be available to work flexible shifts, including some weekends.
