We are a growing, family-owned company specializing in hazardous materials spill response and environmental remediation services. As we continue to expand, we are seeking a dedicated leader with experience in the environmental services industry to help guide and manage our team.

Location: Winder, GA

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Additional hours may be required based on workload)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and experienced professional to take on a leadership role within our environmental division. This position is flexible and open to individuals with backgrounds in operations, sales, management, or executive leadership (C-Suite) who can provide hands-on guidance, strengthen operations, and help grow the division. This role is key in reducing the need to pull Kevin away from other responsibilities by ensuring the department has a strong, dedicated leader.


Responsibilities:

Provide leadership and oversight to the environmental services division

Develop and implement strategies to expand service offerings and grow client relationships

Support and guide field teams during spill response, remediation, and environmental projects

Work directly with management and ownership to streamline operations and improve efficiency

Build and maintain client relationships through business development and sales efforts

Ensure compliance with federal, state, and company-specific safety and regulatory standards

Collaborate with other divisions to support overall company growth and success

Requirements:

Requirements:

Background in environmental services, hazmat response, or industrial remediation – Preferred

HAZWOPER Certification (or ability to obtain)

Proven leadership experience (management, sales, or executive-level roles considered)

Strong communication, organizational, and decision-making skills

Ability to work in both office and field environments as needed

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
