We are seeking a Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) to provide high-quality patient care within a long-term care setting. The role supports residents with daily living activities while ensuring safety, dignity, and comfort are maintained at all times.
The LNA will work as part of a multidisciplinary care team to assist with routine clinical support tasks and observe patient conditions while following established care protocols.

Key Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care and support with activities of daily living (ADLs)
Assist residents with hygiene, mobility, feeding, and comfort needs
Monitor and report changes in patient condition
Support nursing staff with routine clinical tasks
Maintain a clean, safe, and supportive care environment
Follow infection control and facility safety procedures
Ensure respectful and compassionate resident interactions

Requirements

Active Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) certification or eligibility to practice
Prior experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facility preferred
Ability to assist patients with mobility, hygiene, and daily living support
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Understanding of infection control and patient safety protocols
