Do you want a career where your work truly matters? At Orchard Learning & Behavior Services, we support young children with autism and related developmental needs using evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). We are currently hiring Behavior Technicians to join our growing clinical team.
About the Role
Behavior Technicians provide direct ABA therapy to children in 1:1 and small group settings in our clinic. You'll work under the supervision of a Behavior Analyst to help children learn meaningful skills and reduce behaviors that interfere with learning.
Pay & Schedule
- $17-$20/hour, based on experience
- Pay increases tied to performance evaluations
- Monday-Friday, 8:15 AM - 3:45 PM

What You'll Do
- Implement individualized behavior intervention plans
- Deliver ABA teaching programs using prompting and reinforcement
- Collect and record data on behavior and skill acquisition
- Support parent and caregiver training
- Participate in ongoing ABA, ethics, and professional development trainings
- Communicate regularly with supervisors and team members
- Maintain client safety, confidentiality, and ethical standards
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or GED required
- Experience with ABA or developmental disabilities preferred
- Ability to build rapport with children and families
- Must be 18+, with reliable transportation and valid driver's license
