Job DescriptionA well-established energy company based in Red Bank, NJ is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to support a dynamic, fast-paced office. This multi-faceted role requires a highly organized and proactive individual with strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate complex calendars for multiple sales executives
- Schedule meetings, resolve calendar conflicts, and ensure timely follow-ups
- Prepare and edit PowerPoint presentations for internal and external events
- Support marketing initiatives for the sales team, including coordination and shipping of booth materials
- Assist with timesheet tracking, budget reconciliation, and expense reporting
- Manage office supply inventory and place orders as needed
- Ensure all office equipment is properly stocked and functioning
- Provide general administrative support and assist with special projects as needed
