We are currently seeking an experienced Electronic Technician to join our team. This position is responsible for diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing electronic components down to the component level in a fast-paced production environment.

Electronic Technician – 2nd Shift
Location: 3866 Logistics Way, Antioch, TN 37013
Pay Rate: $20–$24 per hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 1:30 PM – 10:00 PM

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair electronic circuitry at the component level
• Perform mechanical and electronic assembly
• Hand solder circuit board assemblies following written instructions and schematics
• Inspect and test electronic components to ensure proper functionality

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing electronic circuitry
• Experience working with fine-pitch components requiring precision soldering
• Ability to read and interpret electronic schematics
• Understanding of ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) practices

Interview Process

Candidates selected for this role will be required to complete an onsite soldering test during the interview process before moving forward.
