Position Overview
Were seeking a Financial Manager who thrives in a dynamic environment and has the ability to balance day-to-day financial execution with long-term strategic insight. The right candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to take ownership of our financial processes. You will work closely with leadership, project managers, and our internal team to ensure seamless operations across invoicing, payments, reporting, and vendor compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and execute day-to-day financial operations including:
Accounts payable and receivable
Vendor payments and reconciliation
Client invoicing and payment tracking
Subcontractor compliance (W-9s, COIs)
Oversee and improve systems for budget tracking, job costing, and reporting
Maintain accuracy and organization across financial platforms (e.g., QuickBooks, CRM Software)
Collaborate with internal team to streamline tagging, reporting, and project-based financial documentation
Serve as liaison with external accountants, bookkeepers, and banks as needed
Contribute insight into cost-saving opportunities, inefficiencies, and process improvements
Ideal Candidate Will Have
Minimum 35 years of experience in financial or accounting roles or a relating collage degree (construction industry a plus)
Strong understanding of financial reporting, bookkeeping, and budget management
Exceptional time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and execute multiple tasks daily
High attention to detail and accuracy
Experience with Microsoft Office, Google Suites, QuickBooks and/or construction-specific CRMs
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with both internal and external partners
Proactive mindset, collaborative attitude, and willingness to own outcomes
