M&M BBQ Company is seeking a reliable and hardworking Manufacturing Helper to join our production team. This role supports manufacturing operations by assisting with material handling, equipment operation, and general labor tasks. The ideal candidate is physically capable of lifting heavy materials, skilled in forklift operation, and committed to maintaining a safe and efficient work environment—even in challenging weather conditions.

Responsibilities:

Safely lift, move, and handle materials weighing 50–80 lbs on a regular basis.

Operate a forklift to transport materials, load/unload shipments, and supply production lines.

Assist in staging raw materials and finished products for manufacturing processes.

Follow all company and OSHA safety procedures to ensure a safe work environment.

Perform general labor tasks, including cleaning, organizing, and basic equipment maintenance.

Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to support production goals.

Assist with other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:

Ability to regularly lift and carry 50–80 lbs safely.

Valid forklift certification or ability to obtain certification (company can provide training).

Basic understanding of manufacturing and warehouse safety protocols.

Ability to work indoors and outdoors and in temperatures for extended periods.

Reliable transportation and punctuality.

Strong work ethic, teamwork skills, and attention to detail.
