We are seeking an experienced Buyer to join our team in Greenville, South Carolina. In this role, you will support both operations and production by managing procurement activities, sourcing materials, and ensuring on-time delivery to keep projects on track. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, knowledgeable in purchasing processes, and confident working with mechanical or technical products.


  • Source and purchase parts, materials, and services needed to support ongoing production and repair projects
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement aligned with project schedules
  • Monitor purchase orders, lead times, and delivery schedules to maintain workflow efficiency
  • Maintain accurate records within company systems, including supplier approvals and purchasing data
  • Assist in job pricing and cost analysis to ensure competitive and accurate estimates
  • Build and maintain strong supplier relationships to drive performance, resolve issues, and negotiate terms
  • Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements within the supply chain
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in purchasing or procurement roles, ideally in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong understanding of mechanical products and their applications
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel for reporting and analysis
  • Experience with SAP or similar ERP/procurement systems
  • Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively across teams and manage supplier relationships
