School Psychologist | Mt. Vernon, WA

Sunbelt Staffing is hiring a School Psychologist to support Elementary and High Schoolstudents near Mt. Vernon, WA. This fullposition offers the chance to make a real impact on students academic, social, and emotional success.

Position Details:

• Hours: 35 hours per week
• Contract:February - June 12th, 2026
• Caseload: Elementary and High School
  • The caseload includes one elementary school and partial coverage at a high school, serving a total student population of approximately 800 students, with about 18% qualifying for special education services.
  • The daily schedule will vary based on meeting obligations and whether the day is spent at the elementary or high school site.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations and assessments

• Develop and implement IEP and intervention plans

• Collaborate with Special Education Teachers, families, and school teams

• Provide counseling, consultation, and crisis support

Requirements:

• Washington State ESA Certification
• Washington School Psychologist License
• Experience with assessments and IEPs
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
