We are seeking a skilled Bilingual Forklift Operator for a temp-to-hire position. This role is primarily focused on the safe and efficient operation of sit-down and stand-up forklifts within our production area, with the potential to expand into other warehouse duties.
Responsibilities:
- Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to transport materials throughout the warehouse.
- Load and unload materials from trucks, trailers, and storage areas using a forklift.
- Accurately build orders, receive new produce, and complete breakdowns.
- Perform general warehouse duties as needed.
- Conduct pre-inspection checks on forklift equipment before each shift to ensure safe operating condition.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including OSHA regulations related to forklift operation.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth workflow and efficient operations.
- Comfortable working in a cold environment for extended periods.
Qualifications:
- alid forklift certification/license.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience operating sit-down and stand-up forklifts in a warehouse environment.
- Experience with order building, receiving, and breakdowns.
- Ability to lift and carry up to Specify weight if applicable.
- Must be Bilingual (English/Spanish).

Pay Rate: $18 per hour
Schedule: Sunday to Wednesday 6:00 AM - 5:00 PM (with some Saturdays)
