Your impact

• Reliability execution: Perform predictive and preventive maintenance; diagnose and repair issues across mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical domains.
• Precision setup: Assemble machinery; calibrate and test components and mechanical assemblies using the right tools and procedures.
• Work management: Complete work orders with discipline and record detailed results in the CMMS.
• Cross-functional teaming: Partner daily with Maintenance, Facilities, Operations, and contractors to safely meet production targets and implement improvements.

Role basics

• Location: On-site in Timonium, MD.
• Reporting: Maintenance Manager; part of the Maintenance Team.
• Schedule: A Shift — Sunday–Tuesday, 7:00 AM–7:00 PM (three 12-hour shifts) and Wednesday, 7:00 AM–1:00 PM; availability for overtime and holidays required.

What you’ll need to succeed

• High school diploma or equivalent and 5+ years of relevant maintenance experience.
• Fluent in technical documentation—manuals, drawings/blueprints, work instructions, and troubleshooting guides.
• Team-first communicator; collaborates effectively across functions and shifts.

Physical requirements

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. intermittently.
• Comfortable standing at machines for the entire shift with frequent reaching, bending, squatting, and kneeling.

Preferred qualifications

• Experience with hazardous waste handling and electrical work.
• Background in injection molding and melt-blown processes.

Pay and benefits

Hourly pay range: $32 - $36 per hour. This reflects our good-faith range at posting and may change in the future. This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
