Matcha Loves Boba is looking for a passionate, energetic, and customer focused team. This role involves crafting quality beverages, delivering exceptional customer service, and upholding a clean and inviting store environment. The ideal candidate will be crucial in fostering a welcoming atmosphere for our guests while adhering to food safety standards.
Responsibilities:
- Greeting customers, catering to their needs and answering questions.
- Provides excellent customer service backed by a deep knowledge of our recipes and history.
- Operate POS systems and cash registers effectively, handling any transaction issues.
- Preparing and serving a variety of beverages.
- Ingredient preparation, including but not limited to kitchen and knife work.
- Receiving and restocking inventory.
- Cleans and sanitizes work areas, utensils, equipment and service and seating areas.
- Upholding food safety and product quality by logging temperatures, testing quality of ingredients, and following food safety guidelines.
- Collaborate with team members to create a cooperative team environment and amazing guest experience.
- Create a successful shift by working with teammates and taking directions from leadership.

Job Qualifications
- A few months to one year of related experience
- Food service background

- Able to be receive feedback from staff and managers
- Strong proactiveness, self-regulation, and self-efficiency
- Ability to manage a fast-paced, high-volume, clean, customer-focused restaurant
- Strong time-management skills; ability to multi-task, prioritize, organize, and adapt to surrounding
