Customer Service & Client Relations Specialist
Hackensack, NJ | Full-Time (40 Hours/Week)

About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated Customer Service professional who thrives on building strong relationships and keeping operations moving. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, communicating with both customers and vendors, and staying organized across multiple tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through phone, email, and Zoom communication
  • Follow up with vendors to ensure all required paperwork and documentation is received on time
  • Perform website audits on work orders to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance
  • Coordinate closely with internal teams to keep jobs moving efficiently
  • Provide timely updates and clear communication to customers and team members
  • Identify and resolve issues proactively to maintain high service standards

  • Strong communication skills (phone, email, and virtual meetings)
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks at once
