Key Requirement
s:Experience: 7–10+ years of Tech Program Management experience in software/tech, specifically within a Customer Experience environment (web, voice, and messaging
).
Domain Expertise: Proven track record in interactive customer experiences, including WhatsApp outreach, inbound IVR automation (Amazon Connect), and Sales/CX platfor
ms.
Methodologies: Mastery of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and Hybrid frameworks—knowing exactly when and how to deploy them for program succ
ess.
Leadership: Exceptional ability to lead multi-discipline teams, navigate ambiguity, and build trust with senior leader
ship.
Education & Certifications: Bachelor's degree required (MBA preferred). PMP, CSM, PMI-ACP, or PgMP certifications are a major
plus.
