Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Order picker to join our 1st shift team. In this role, you will be responsible for verifying the accuracy of outbound shipments through both system-based and physical audits. The ideal candidate is highly organized, safety-conscious, and capable of working independently to ensure the highest levels of shipping accuracy and quality.
Key Responsibilities:

Validate every pallet at the time of loading by verifying:
-
Trailer number
-
Shipment ID (SID) number
-
Pallet position and placement
-
Quantity of pallets
-
Record and report any staging errors or non-conformances observed during the loading process
-
Compile and provide data on packing-related errors across all outbound (OB) shipments
-
Maintain accurate documentation and escalate any significant quality issues to the appropriate teams
Qualifications:
-
Previous experience in forklift, shipping/receiving, or warehouse auditing preferred
-
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
-
Ability to work independently and follow detailed instructions
-
Proficient with basic computer systems and data entry
-
Comfortable working in a warehouse environment and standing for extended periods
-
Reliable attendance and ability to work the full shift schedule listed
