We’re looking for reliable Production Workers / Machine Operators to join our team. In this role, you’ll help operate machinery, assemble products, and assist with installations. Spanish-speaking candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.

This is a full-time position with guaranteed 40 hours per week and significant overtime opportunities.

• Pay & Schedule

• Pay: $15–$17/hour (based on experience)

• Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

• Overtime: As needed, starting at 6:00 AM; may work until 6:00–8:00 PM depending on order volume

Responsibilities

• Operate production machinery and tools to create company products

• Assist with installations of wind screens, padding, mesh, and ropes

• Measure, cut, and assemble materials to specifications

• Maintain product quality standards through inspections and adjustments

• Keep work areas safe, clean, and organized

• Work closely with team members to meet production goals

Qualifications

• Prior production, machine operation, or installation experience preferred (will train the right candidate)

• Spanish-speaking preferred for team and customer communication

• Ability to lift, bend, and move materials safely

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment

• Basic mechanical or tool knowledge is a plus
