- Need 7 - 14 days per month
- 15 - 20 patients per day, 3 - 4 surgeries per week
- General urology procedures
- Credentialing needed
- DEA needed
- Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
- Assignment details and time entry in online portal
