Position Title: Scribe/Business Analyst

Location: Jefferson City, MO – Onsite 5 days a week - Free parking
Job Description:
- Scheduling meetings across a large, diverse project team and associated stakeholders
- Gathering meeting topics and preparing agendas – Interact with stakeholders and project team members
- Taking notes during project meetings – highlighting key deliverables, important milestones, and desired outcomes
- Documenting and tracking action items – maintain appropriate project documentation artifacts
- Assisting with documentation, authoring, as well as organization
- Loading documents to the appropriate SharePoint sites
- Other related activities as necessary to meet the goals and objectives of the overall program
Qualifications
Required:
· Confidence within the Office365 suite of applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
· Strong interpersonal skills – collaboration, communication, etc.
· Willingness to be part of a dynamic team and contribute within the role
· Relevant college degree (Business, Public Administration, etc.)
Preferred:
· Experience working with a State or Local government agency in a similar capacity
· Experience working with Microsoft Project and/or Microsoft Visio
