As a Service Technician you will provide critical support through equipment maintenance, installation, troubleshooting, and repairs. You will work both independently and collaboratively within a team to ensure optimal device functionality and customer satisfaction during standard business hours.

- 1+ years' experience in equipment maintenance
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Customer service skills
- Effective problem-solving abilities
- Experience with technical documentation
- Knowledge of safety standards
- Good communication skills
- Working knowledge of industrial batteries and chargers
