Registered Nurse (RN) – Long-Term Care (LTC)

Location: Ainsworth, NE 69210

Job Type: 13-Week Contract | Local & Traveler

Schedule: Rotating Schedule | 36–48 Hours/Week

Pay Rate: $1,700 - $2,100/Week (Based on Experience & Eligibility)

Position Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality resident care in a Long-Term Care setting. The ideal candidate will have strong assessment skills, medication administration experience, and a commitment to resident-centered care.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program.

• Active Nebraska RN License or Compact RN License.

• BLS Certification required.

• Minimum 1 year of RN experience.

• LTC, Skilled Nursing, Geriatric, or Rehab experience preferred.

• EMR experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to LTC residents.

• Administer medications, treatments, and therapies.

• Assess and monitor resident conditions.

• Develop and update individualized care plans.

• Perform wound care, IV therapy, and nursing procedures.

• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.

• Supervise CNAs and LPNs as needed.

• Maintain accurate EMR documentation.
