Join our dynamic Urology team as a full-time nurse practitioner in the vibrant community of Richland, Washington. Collaborate with three Urologists and three Advanced Practice Clinicians (APCs) in a fast-paced environment. Your role will encompass emergency department call, assisting in the operating room, and providing care in the outpatient clinic. Become part of a supportive and collegial team while enjoying a well-balanced schedule in the sunny southeast region of Washington.
- Starting bonuses: $30,000 for experienced providers and $15,000 for new graduates
- Work schedule: Monday to Friday, with 36 hours dedicated to patient care
- Utilize: Robotics-assisted technology
- Preferred experience: Background in Urology and operating room settings
- Role includes: Rotating responsibilities in clinic, inpatient care, emergency department, and first assist
- Loan forgiveness: Eligible for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF)

- Compensation range: $138,712 to $184,404 annually
- Compensation details: May include productivity or quality incentives, call pay, and additional shift bonuses. Continuing Medical Education (CME) benefits may also be available.
