WHAT THIS 1099 CONTRACTOR ROLE ENTAILS:
- Full-time | 1099 Contractor
- Monday to Friday | 9 AM to 5 PM
- Start your day from home - no need to report to a central office!
As our Construction Estimator - Sales Associate, you'll head out to job sites across the Denver area, meet with clients, and dive into each project with a sharp eye for detail and a goal to deliver top-tier estimates. You'll analyze costs, prepare budgets, and create winning bids that help secure the jobs that keep our company thriving. You'll be the link between vision and execution, working alongside our team to make sure every project kicks off with clarity and confidence. Your ability to estimate accurately and communicate clearly will not only help bring in new work but also help shape the future of Hammer Hero.
What we need from our Construction Estimator - Sales Associate:
- 3+ years of sales and estimating experience
- Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle
Customer-facing experience and construction sales experience are preferred but not required.
