Avid Homes is a growing residential construction company in Omaha focused on high-quality new construction, additions, and remodels. We are looking for a motivated Lead Carpenter who wants more than just a job — someone who wants to grow with a company and take ownership of projects. This is a hands-on leadership role with real responsibility and room to grow into higher positions as the company expands.
What You’ll Be Doing:
● Lead daily job site operations on remodels and additions
● Coordinate and communicate with subcontractors
● Perform hands-on carpentry (framing, finish, punch work, problem-solving)
● Maintain job site cleanliness and professionalism
● Ensure quality standards are upheld
● Communicate progress and issues clearly
What We’re Looking For:
● 2–5 years of well-rounded carpentry experience
● Experience with remodels, additions, and handyman-level problem solving
● Strong work ethic and self-starter mindset
● Professional appearance and good communication skills
● Ability to take ownership of a job site
● Valid driver’s license

Pay:
● $25–$35/hr based on experience
● Company vehicle (or vehicle allowance depending on candidate)
