DH Pace Company, Inc. in Orlando, FL is looking to hire an experienced Inside Sales Representative with strong customer service skills. In this role, you will support sales through calling existing and potential commercial customers.

Job Responsibilities:

  • · Cultivate commercial sales in supporting the service operations in Kansas City and surrounding area, including other regional sites
  • · Communicate with customers, technicians, and department managers to develop sales opportunities and/or solve problems, consultative sales
  • · Works directly with management and service technicians
  • · Performs follow up activities to close opportunities
  • · Estimates, details, and submits final proposals to customers
  • · Maintains and updates customer relationship management system (CRM) daily
  • · Responsible for achieving sales objectives
  • · Other responsibilities as assigned

Job Qualifications:

  • · Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
  • · Must have a minimum of one to two years of sales experience
  • · Must have customer service experience
  • · Must have good computer skills with working knowledge of Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • · Must have an outgoing personality and a natural affinity for taking care of customers
  • · Must have good time management skills, be organized, and can multi-task
  • · Must be a team player - works well as a member of a group
  • · Must be detail oriented - capable of carrying out a given task with all details necessary to get the task done well
  • · Must be dedicated - devoted to a task or purpose with loyalty or integrity
  • · Must be a self-starter - inspired to perform without outside help
  • · Must have the ability to make an impact
  • · Must be inspired to perform well by monetary reimbursement
  • · Mechanical aptitude a plus
  • · Experience in commercial overhead or entrance doors a plus
  • · Experience supporting a field service operation a plus
  • · Experience working in an ERP is a plus
