We are currently seeking a bilingual front desk receptionist who is fluent in both English and Spanish to join our pediatric dental team. This position plays an important role in creating a welcoming and supportive experience for our patients and their families, including our Spanish-speaking community. The ideal candidate is personable, dependable, and passionate about delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced, child-focused environment.

Daily responsibilities include greeting patients and families, scheduling and confirming appointments, checking patients in and out, verifying insurance information, collecting payments, and communicating clearly with parents in both English and Spanish. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with our clinical and administrative team. Dental or medical office experience is preferred but not required.

A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with a minimum of two years of customer service experience. Candidates must be bilingual in English and Spanish. We value self-starters who are motivated, eager to learn, and committed to contributing positively to our team culture.

Pay for this position ranges from $18.00 to $21.50 per hour and is based on experience as well as bilingual proficiency. Daily overtime is paid for any hours worked beyond eight hours per day. This is a full-time, in-person position at our Savannah location with an eight-hour day shift schedule.
