The expected qualifications for the person filling this position are as follows:
- Must have at least 10 years of experience as a Planner/Military Analyst in Army Aviation.
- Expertise may come from rotary wing, fixed wing, or unmanned aerial systems (UAS) operations.
- Must have experience planning and synchronizing operations, developing timelines, and facilitating teams.
- Must be familiar with data literacy, and knowledge management concepts and practice.
- Experience stemming from service at the Aviation Center of Excellence (AVCOE), Combined Arms Center (CAC), Training & Doctrine Command (TRADOC), or Army Futures Command (AFC) is preferred.
- Project Manager Professional (PMP) certification is preferred for this position.
- Must have an active personnel security clearance at the Secret Security Clearance level
- The location is Fort Rucker, AL.
