Job Overview:
<ul>
<li>Multiple openings for Surgical Technicians with opportunities for 8-, 10-, and 12-hour day shifts, as well as on-call and full-time positions.</li>
<li>Active member of the Operating Room Team, ensuring quality surgical patient care, maintaining a safe and aseptic surgical environment, and teaching proper surgical techniques to team members.</li>
<li>Reports to the department manager or assistant nurse manager.</li>
</ul>
Required Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Completion of an accredited surgical technologist program, or</li>
<li>Completion of a training program in the armed forces or Public Health Service Commissioned Corp, or equivalent work experience (even if the program was non-accredited).</li>
<li>Washington Surgical Technologist Registration (upon hire).</li>
<li>National Provider BLS certification from the American Heart Association (upon hire).</li>
</ul>
Preferred Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>1 year of current experience as a surgical technologist.</li>
<li>2 years of operating room (OR) surgical technologist experience.</li>
</ul>
