Bishop & Company is seeking a highly detail-oriented and organized Data Entry and Verification Specialist for a 4-month temporary opportunity.
This a 100% onsite position. Candidates must reside on Oahu. No relocation assistance provided.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter, verify, and maintain workforce data collected during outreach efforts
- Ensure data integrity for workforce planning and emergency response readiness
- Assist in generating summary reports and identifying workforce trends
- Coordinate with outreach specialists to resolve data inconsistencies
- Maintain strict confidentiality and compliance with legal standards (HIPAA, USERRA, etc.)
- Perform general administrative and research-related tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- 1 year of work experience demonstrating ability to read and understand complex written materials
- Ability to comprehend and apply written instructions
- Ability to write simply and clearly
- Ability to work on-site at our office full-time
- Ability to sit or talk on the phone for extended periods and handle printed materials or equipment up to 25 pounds
Job Type: Temporary, approximately 4 months
Pay: $19.00/hr
