A-Line Staffing is now hiring Pharmacy Technicians in Fridley. The Pharmacy Technician would be working for a major healthcare organization and has career growth potential. This would be full time / 40+ hours per week.

Pharmacy Technician Compensation
• The pay for this position is $24.45 per hour
• Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
• A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates
Pharmacy Technician Highlights
• Location: Fridley, MN (Onsite)
• Contract to hire opportunity based on attendance, performance, and business needs
• Full-time schedule with varying shifts
Monday – Friday shifts may include:
• 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
• 11:00 AM – 7:30 PM
• 12:00 PM – 8:30 PM
Weekend shifts may include:
• Saturday & Sunday: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
• Saturday & Sunday: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
Pharmacy Technician Responsibilities
• Work under the direct supervision of a Registered Pharmacist to fill prescriptions and prepare medications
• Assist with IV preparation and medication prepackaging according to regulatory and company standards
• Enter prescription data into computer systems for processing and reimbursement
• Assist pharmacists with final prescription checks and packaging medications after verification
• Coordinate accurate and timely delivery of medications to customers
• Maintain proper inventory management, including receiving medications, rotating stock, and recording lot numbers and expiration dates
• Assist with physical inventory counts and supply management
• Maintain a clean and safe pharmacy environment, including monitoring equipment calibration and cleanliness
Pharmacy Technician Requirements
• High School Diploma or GED
• Must be a registered Pharmacy Technician in Minnesota (preferred)
• Previous experience as a Pharmacy Technician preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pharmacist supervision
• Comfortable with computer systems for data entry and billing
• Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings and weekends
• Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days
