Starting Salary Range: $87,019 - $95,720

Geographic modifier of up to 27%, based on location

$15K Sign-On Bonus
$40K Retention Bonus after 3 years

On-Duty Housing available at most locations

7/7 Schedule at most locations

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with a team of medical professionals to safely transport patients to and from various locations and facilities.
  • Ensure aircraft readiness for flight dispatches in accordance with relevant manuals, including all FAR and organizational requirements, as well as maintaining aircraft cleanliness.
  • Keep accurate records of MTC and regulatory documentation.
  • Communicate effectively and work in partnership with dispatch, flight crews, facilities, and other stakeholders.
  • Provide shift change information to the incoming pilot and team, following established protocols for recording Med-Trans change board details.
  • Maintain required certifications and engage in ongoing training.

Minimum Qualifications (VFR Position)

  • Current FAA Commercial Certificate for Rotorcraft.
  • Helicopter instrument rating.
  • Current FAA Class II Medical Certificate.
  • 2,000 Total Flight Hours.
  • 1,500 Helicopter Flight Hours.
  • 1,000 Helicopter Pilot-in-Command (PIC) Hours.
  • 1,000 Turbine Helicopter Hours.
  • 200 Helicopter Night Flight Hours (Aided or Unaided).
