We are currently seeking a FT Healthcare Marketer to join our team!
What You'll Do:
<ul>
<li>Act as a brand ambassador for Caldera Care, building and maintaining strong relationships with referral sources in the community.</li>
<li>Foster strategic partnerships with hospitals, physicians, case managers, and social workers.</li>
<li>Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop business strategies and improve referral processes.</li>
<li>Organize and participate in community events to raise awareness of our services and build meaningful connections.</li>
<li>Drive census growth through proactive business development initiatives and outreach.</li>
</ul>
What We're Looking For:
<ul>
<li>Must have experience in Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) marketing.</li>
<li>Clinical background is a strong plus.</li>
<li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li>
<li>Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and insurance payer systems.</li>
<li>1+ year of marketing and/or management experience (preferred).</li>
