Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A school-based position is available for a part-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with a valid Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC). This role is located in Oakland, CA, and offers an opportunity to provide specialized speech and language services within a supportive educational environment. The position requires commitment for two days per week on a contract basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language assessments and provide intervention services to students.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other education professionals to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of student progress and treatment plans.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to school-wide initiatives aimed at improving student outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Valid Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Experience working with school-aged children in an educational setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
- Ability to manage caseload and meet deadlines efficiently.
Location: Oakland, California
