Location: Canton, GA 30115
Duration: 13 Weeks
Schedule: Friday, Saturday, Sunday – 8:00 AM to 8:30 PM

Compensation:

• Weekly Gross Pay: $1,800 – $2,050 (based on experience)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Travel Ultrasound Technologist to perform a variety of diagnostic ultrasound procedures in a hospital setting. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, detail-oriented, and experienced in multiple ultrasound specialties, ensuring high-quality imaging and patient care.

Responsibilities:

• Perform a wide range of diagnostic ultrasound exams including abdominal, OB/GYN, vascular, and small parts imaging
• Capture high-quality images for accurate physician interpretation
• Review patient history and physician orders to determine appropriate imaging protocols
• Operate and troubleshoot ultrasound equipment (e.g., GE, Philips, Siemens systems)
• Maintain accurate patient documentation and upload imaging to EMR/PACS systems
• Ensure compliance with facility protocols and national standards (ARDMS guidelines)
• Provide compassionate patient care and explain procedures clearly
• Maintain strict infection control and equipment disinfection standards
• Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, and healthcare teams

Required Qualifications:

Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of ultrasound experience within specialty – required

Certifications:

• ARDMS Certification – required
• BLS (Basic Life Support) – AHA required

Key Skills:

• Strong knowledge across multiple ultrasound modalities
• Ability to adapt quickly to new systems and workflows
• Strong technical and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent communication and patient care abilities
• Attention to detail and accuracy in imaging and documentation
