About Your Role
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be a key contributor in building our organization’s talent pipeline by managing the end-to-end recruitment process, supporting onboarding, and collaborating on training and compensation initiatives. Your role will span from crafting job postings and performing market analysis to managing initial interviews and ensuring seamless new hire orientation. You will work closely with internal teams and hiring managers to refine processes, enhance candidate experiences, and contribute to continuous improvement of our talent acquisition strategy.
What You’ll Do

Recruitment

Assists in writing and reviewing job descriptions.

Develop and post job advertisements that attract high-quality candidates.

Selects and screens qualified candidates, then connect viable candidates with hiring managers. Coordinate the hiring process with internal stakeholders.

Prepare and review offers with HR and finance approval.

Perform reference and background checks as needed.

Compensation analysis

Assist in market analysis to ensure competitive compensation.

Analyze overhead costs associated with talent acquisition and contribute to compensation strategies.

Onboarding process

Owns the onboarding process by initiating and managing the new hire journey.

Coordinate and facilitate new hire orientation sessions, providing initial connection with employees to ensure a smooth transition.

Process Improvements

Continuously seek opportunities to improve recruitment and onboarding processes.

Follow up with new employees and hiring managers to obtain feedback and optimize the TA process in alignment with evolving organizational needs.

Collect, maintain, and organize a variety of HR data, particularly involving recruitment.

What You'll Need to Get the Job Done

Demonstrated experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a related HR area.

Familiarity with onboarding procedures and initial candidate assessments.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.

Excellent organizational skills and keen attention to detail to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

3-5 years of recruitment experience.

Prior experience in a startup or SaaS environment.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and fully remote environment.
