Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or Education, active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification, and a minimum 1+ years BCBA experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Blazer Jobs is seeking a skilled BCBA to provide behavioral support and leadership for students with severe disabilities and autism. The selected candidate will work collaboratively with school staff to enhance student success and implement effective behavioral interventions.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct FBAs and develop Behavior Support Plans

  • Participate as a member of the crisis response team

  • Collaborate with IEP teams to establish and monitor behavioral goals

  • Support and train staff in behavior management strategies

  • Collect and analyze behavioral data to guide interventions

Qualifications:

  • Active Delaware BCBA licensure or certification

  • Prior experience working with students with autism and severe disabilities

  • Strong de-escalation and crisis management skills

  • School-based experience preferred
