Our organization is actively looking for board-certified or board-eligible Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Med-Peds physicians to join our well-established and new outpatient Primary Care practices situated in the Capital District of New York.

Our organization is a physician-led, multi-specialty group that is part of a larger health system in New York's Capital District. We provide an innovative model of physician practice that allows us to evolve as a health system while ensuring strong physician involvement. This model also enables physicians to maintain the beneficial aspects of private practice in patient care. We are one of the largest multi-specialty physician groups in the area, representing over 20 specialties and sub-specialties, with more than 350 providers and over 40 office locations across a six-county region as of 2014.
