About the Role:
We’re seeking an experienced leader to oversee our inpatient chemical dependency program, ensuring a culture of excellence, compassion, and collaboration.

The ideal candidate will:
- Lead a multidisciplinary team of clinicians and support professionals
- Maintain high-quality standards and compliance with all regulatory guidelines
- Inspire continuous improvement in care delivery and program operations
- Collaborate closely with organizational leadership to drive positive clinical outcomes
Requirements:
- NYS-licensed LCSW, LMSW, or LMHC
- Minimum of 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role within inpatient addiction or behavioral health settings
- Strong leadership, communication, and mentoring abilities
Compensation:
- Competitive compensation: $120,000–$150,000 (based on experience)
