1. Client Engagement and Relationship Building:

- Greet and welcome clients, establishing rapport and building trust.

- Provide personalized vehicle recommendations based on client preferences.

2. Product Knowledge, Demonstration, and Brand Representation:

- Demonstrate a deep understanding of our brands of vehicles, including features and benefits.

- Conduct comprehensive vehicle walkarounds and clearly explain pricing, financing options, and promotions.

- Elevate the brand by showcasing its luxury features and cutting-edge technology.

3. Sales Process Management:

- Guide clients through the entire sales process, from initial contact to vehicle delivery.

- Conduct test drives, present pricing, and complete necessary paperwork accurately and efficiently.

4. Client Follow-Up:

- Maintain ongoing communication with potential and existing clients to ensure satisfaction.

- Address any post-purchase inquiries and foster long-lasting relationships.

5. Sales Targets and Performance:

- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance goals.

- Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices and contribute to the dealership's overall success.

Qualifications and Requirements:

- Proven experience in automotive sales or a related field is preferred.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
