We are seeking a Marketing/Communication Manager to drive service marketing initiatives, support business projects, and enhance our brand presence. The role primarily includes market intelligence, marketing materials development, digital campaigns, events, and social media.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct market research, including market, segment, product, and competitor analysis.
Develop marketing materials: brochures, manuals, demos, videos, presentations, and news content.
Coordinate digital campaigns and local marketing initiatives with China team.
Manage local marketing budgets and resource allocation effectively.
Liaise with marketing agencies and vendors for high-quality deliverables.
Track and manage leads generated from marketing activities.
Organize events and exhibitions to enhance corporate image and support business growth.
Support additional business projects as required.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience.
Self-motivated, strong time management, and systematic thinking skills.
Creative and innovative mindset with a solutions-oriented approach.
Proven experience in budget management and effective resource allocation.
Experience in coordinating with agencies and vendors.
Knowledge of digital marketing tools and strategies.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
Familiarity with the electrical industry is a plus.
Proficient in MS Office and other common office tools.
Education
Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
