The Insurance Licensed Sales Professional/Producer (LSP) career opportunity is for team players with a talent to grow customer relationships in a rewarding environment, while also growing and developing their skills. You will be offered multiple opportunities to create customer relationships while receiving daily coaching in an energetic environment with a flexible work schedule and uncapped compensation.
Proven ability to build strong relationships and leverage consultative selling techniques to drive sales growth. Responsibilities
We welcome you with open arms at 9am M-F in our state-of-the-art office.
- You are responsible for achieving sales goals by generating new business and cross-selling existing customers, which you do over the phone. You wont be alone; we will coach you.
- We provide you with leads from multiple sources so you can quote and sell to reach your targets.
- You are to give an outstanding customer experience on every interaction by offering Insurance products and educate prospective customers on how to protect their families and assets.
- You must take the necessary license, products, and compliance training.
- Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
- Solicits for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
- Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales.
- Document each customer contact
- Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial products.
- Verify phone numbers, addresses and email addresses with each customer contact and update customer information.
- Answer incoming phone calls on the first ring.
- Maintain a robust pipeline of prospects through networking and referrals.
- Collaborate with underwriters to ensure the best possible terms and conditions for clients policies.
Requirements
- Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
- Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
- Be capable of handling customer rejection.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Property & Casualty insurance license is required.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of exceeding sales targets.
