Position: Fire Sprinkler Estimator
Location: Bremerton, WA
Duration: Fulltime
About Job
We’re seeking a Fire Sprinkler Estimator to join our team. You’ll prepare accurate, competitive bids for commercial fire sprinkler projects by analyzing plans, specifications, and requirements. Working closely with project managers, designers, and field staff, you’ll play a key role in winning work and setting our projects up for success.
Work Structure
Full-time, Hybrid-Remote
PNW based, occasional site visits as needed
Responsibilities
Review drawings, specifications, and bid documents to prepare accurate estimates
Perform material takeoffs and labor calculations
Develop proposals, budgets, and bid packages for clients
Collaborate with project managers, design staff, and vendors during pre-construction
Track bid opportunities and maintain estimating logs
Assist with value engineering, change orders, and project handoffs
Qualifications
2–5 years of fire protection estimating experience (commercial preferred)
Strong knowledge of NFPA 13 and related fire codes
Familiarity with estimating software, AutoSPRINK, or CAD-based tools a plus
Excellent math, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to read and interpret construction documents
Self-starter comfortable with deadlines and remote collaboration
