We are looking for a Talent Manager/Recruiter who is high energy, detailed oriented and is excited about candidate sourcing and placement. This position is for a person who enjoys the process of finding candidates, mining for information and being creative in their searches while discovering new channels to source.
The Talent Manager/Recruiter provides services to key accounts where you will make a positive impact by establishing and maintaining unparalleled relationships. You will be responsible for filling requests for temporary flexible, temporary-to-hire and direct-placement for a variety of industries and staffing needs. This role is also responsible for developing new business, expanding existing business, and reestablishing dormant business.
RESPONSIBILITIES

Partner with Talent Managers/Recruiters and management to assess talent requirements and advise on best strategies

Identify and assess a diverse candidate pool for hiring needs across multiple industries and staffing needs

Develop a pipeline of qualified candidates to plan for future hiring needs

Utilize multiple tools and approaches to identify the best candidates aligned to the position using an ATS, various technologies and databases

Build sourcing strategies with targets and timelines while staying apprised of new recruiting platforms and sourcing opportunities

Research and recommend creative and new sources for active and passive candidates

Craft job postings, cold-call candidates, submit candidate resumes and coordinate client interviews

Develop strong working relationships and rapport with talent managers/recruiters, business leaders, clients, and HR partners

Act as point-of-contact for clients and candidates as needed, ensuring excellent service delivery

Maintain an expert level understanding of all recruiting processes in an environment that frequently changes
QUALIFICATIONS

3+ years talent management/recruiter experience in a corporate and/or agency environment

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, human resources or related field

Strong critical thinking, communication (verbal and written), time management and organizational skills

Experience with recruiter/sourcing tools, sourcing online via social media, Boolean searches, databases

Strong ability to track, manage and analyze data and high accuracy in database systems

Ability to prioritize, organize and perform multiple work assignments simultaneously while meeting deadlines

Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems

Proficient using MS Office: Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
