We are seeking an Insurance Sales Representative who is driven, competitive, and eager to maximize earning potential in a supportive and well-resourced environment. This role focuses on advising clients, closing business, and building long-term relationships using live-transferred prospects and pre-set commercial appointments. You will work in a professional setting with flexible scheduling, strong leadership support, and clear advancement opportunities.
- First year earnings expected to be $55,000-$85,000

Responsibilities
- Sell personal, commercial, and life insurance policies to new and existing clients
- Conduct client consultations to assess risk and recommend appropriate coverage
- Manage relationships to drive retention, cross-selling, and long-term value
- Document client interactions, coverage recommendations, and sales activity accurately
- Meet and exceed individual sales and performance goals
- Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and team development initiatives
Requirements
- Self-starting, highly driven, and motivated to win business
- Charismatic communicator with strong persuasion skills
- Resilient and confident in a performance-focused sales environment
- Comfortable with friendly competition and goal-based compensation
- Prior insurance or sales experience preferred but not required
- Willingness to obtain insurance licensing with agency support
