Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Superintendent to oversee construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in construction management, with expertise in project scheduling, budgeting, and quality control. This role requires effective leadership skills to manage teams, ensure compliance with safety regulations, and maintain high standards of work quality on-site. Knowledge of Heavy Civil Construction procedures

Duties

Supervise daily operations on the construction site, ensuring adherence to project timelines and specifications.
Utilize experience to develop field solutions
Conduct regular inspections to enforce quality control measures and compliance with OSHA regulations.
Manage subcontractors and labor teams, providing guidance and support as needed.
Oversee budgeting processes, Drive cost control to ensure costs stay within budget
Maintain clear communication with stakeholders regarding project status, challenges, and milestones.
Implement safety protocols to create a safe working environment for all personnel on-site.
Ability to jump in with the trades and fill in to make the project timely

Requirements

Proven experience in construction site management with a strong understanding of construction processes.
Strong knowledge of OSHA standards and safety regulations related to construction sites.
Excellent skills in project scheduling, budgeting, quality control, and blueprint reading.
Previous supervisory experience with the ability to lead teams effectively.
Familiarity with pipeline projects is a plus.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to read plans and develop solutions
Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
