This position is located at our East Paris Clinic

Who We Are Looking For:

  • A professional who specializes in working with children and adolescents (bonus points if you work with clients and families navigating the Autistic Spectrum and other neurodivergence)
  • Clinicians with prior outpatient/private practice experience
  • Therapist that possesses a terminal licensure (LMSW, LPC, LLP, LP); transitional licenses (LLMSW, LLPC, TLLP) are NOT being considered for this position
  • A provider able to practice with autonomy, but enjoys being within a framework of communication, support, and consultation

What You Will Be Doing (all the typical therapist things):

  • Evaluate mental health diagnosis, create, and implement a treatment plan, complete ongoing documentation including further diagnosis, treatment plan reviews, and case notes according to company policy in an outpatient setting
  • Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in our community
  • Participate in marketing and outreach activities meant to serve the community and grow your referral base
  • Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals
  • Prepare and submit individual documentation for each session per company guidelines and protocol
  • Achieve and maintain a caseload of 25 client visits per week
  • Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff as needed
  • Opportunity for mentoring and supervisory positions as they arise

What We Require:

  • Candidates are required to have a masters degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university.
  • Candidates must have be a LMSW, LPC, LLP, or LP at the time of hire (transitional licenses are not being considered for this position).
  • Experience with completing diagnostic assessments, treatment plans, and clinical case notes
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients
  • Ability to complete and submit documentation of services and other paperwork in a timely manner
  • Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base
  • Proficient in the use of Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems (Valant experience a plus!)
