Position Overview
The WEC Specialist (DMHV DD) is responsible for delivering safe, efficient, and reliable service to customers. This role focuses on service execution, risk management, and continuous improvement while ensuring compliance with company, regulatory, and HSE standards.
Key Responsibilities

• Execute service delivery and ensure job deliverables are accurate and on time.
• Identify and implement improvements to service delivery and standard work.
• Participate in job risk analysis, HSE, and quality initiatives.
• Ensure compliance through CAT implementation, self-assessments, and wellsite inspections.
• Engage with customers to promote products and services.
• Participate in service quality meetings and performance improvement plans.
• Wear required PPE and maintain all safety training.

Experience & SkillsRequired:

• 3–5 years of directional drilling experience.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Willingness to cross-train in MWD.

Preferred:

• Motor skills experience.
• Prior SLB experience.
• MWD experience or familiarity with sliding.

Education

• High school diploma or GED.

Schedule / Rotation

• Typical rotation is 20 days on / 10 days off (may vary).
• Standard shifts are 12.5 hours.
• Contractors typically remain on the same well or pad during a hitch.
• Not on call during scheduled days off.

Travel

• Work locations across U.S. land, primarily:
• Midland, TX
• Pennsylvania
• Oklahoma
• Flights and hotels are booked by the client.
